PLAY WITH ICT built the Play With McQ app as a Freemium app. This service is provided by PLAY WITH ICT at no cost for standard features and is intended for use as is.

The app collects the following data points:

• Google Account Information (Name, Email,Basic profile info)
• Student info: Collage info,Phone Number
• Device ID
• Android Advertising ID

Collected data is strictly used for user identification, authentication, app performance analytics, and improving the overall user experience.

• Google Play Services: To provide core Google functionalities.

These services may automatically collect data such as your Approximate Location, Crash Logs, App Interactions, Device ID, and Android Advertising ID.

All questions and educational materials within the Play With McQ app are gathered from previous years’ board exam questions and open-source educational resources. A panel of expert teachers reviews and curates the content before publication. We strictly prohibit the copying of content from unauthorized third-party sources.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Account & Data Deletion Rights

As per Google Play Data Safety policies, you have complete control over your data. You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can easily and instantly delete your account directly from within the app at any time by using the dedicated "Delete Account" button found in the settings or profile section.
• Email Request: Alternatively, you may request account deletion by contacting us via email. Once requested, your account and all associated identifiable data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 working days.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
